Expeditions

Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are sent via Chronopost with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via Chrono Relay and delivered against signature in the relay closest to you.

Shipping costs include preparation and packing costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We can not combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

LA BOUTIQUE DE L' IMPOSTURE ships all over the world from 6.99 euros including VAT and from 48 hours

Delivery to France is free for all orders over 150€ (mainland only, Corsica excl.). Deliveries to the European Union and Corsica are free for orders over 250€.

These fees are adjusted at the end of the order, once your basket has been validated. The price indicated depends on the weight and final volume of your order. Our system automatically calculates these fees according to parameters provided by our transport providers. No frights useless: the shipping costs evolve in a limited and contained way! Customs taxes are the sole responsibility of our customers.

Deliveries are made by Chronopost or La Poste (Dom Tom and Corsica only). The processing time of your order is 24 to 48 hours (excluding holidays, Saturdays and Sundays), as soon as payment is confirmed. The transport times vary between 1 and 5 days (excluding public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays) according to the destination in Metropolitan France or abroad. Deadlines are likely to be extended for deliveries abroad and in Dom-Tom.

We inform you at each stage of the support of your order:

  • At the time of the validation of the order (once your payment validated).
  • At the preparation stage of your order in our warehouse in Lille.
  • At the time of shipment of your order from our warehouse Lille.

    1. UPS delivers Monday to Friday from 8h to 15h without making an appointment. No time slot is communicated. The delivery time of the delivery person depends on the tour and traffic conditions.
    2. The delivery person must be able to access the place of delivery peacefully. If your building has a door code, it must be indicated in the delivery address form on our website.
    3. UPS does not deliver post office boxes, construction sites, trade shows, cultural events or sports events.
    4. UPS drivers do not have a mobile phone so they can not reach you or join you on the road.
    5. Make sure someone receives your package. Otherwise, it can not be delivered. Packages are not deposited on the landing.
    6. Your name and signature are required when you receive the package.
    7. In the case of damaged parcels, make sure to immediately make reservations to the deliveryman. Otherwise, no dispute can be supported.
    8. In case of absence, building code not communicated or difficulties of access to the delivery address, a notice of passage may be brought to your attention. Your order will be available in the KIALA relay closest to your delivery address. Information on the site ups.com with your tracking number (communicated by mail when shipping your package).
    9. When picking up your package from the KIALA relay, do not forget to bring your valid ID and your tracking number. Packages are delivered to the only recipient whose name is indicated on the initial order.

Returns

POSSIBLE RETURNS WITHIN 15 DAYS

You have received your articles but they do not suit you? Do not worry, you have 15 days from the date of receipt of your package to return the products concerned.

RETURN PROCEDURE

KOZIEL is committed to the quality and seriousness of its service to its customers (individuals or professionals). If despite all the care and the controls that we carry out daily on our fabrications, you are disappointed (E) or notice a problem, do not hesitate to let us know. We are determined to satisfy you.

In accordance with the Hamon law, you have a period of 14 days from delivery to change your mind and return the goods, accompanied by a simple mail motivating your decision. Only the cost of return are your responsibility. We make refunds using the same method of payment as the one used for the purchase, within 14 working days after checking the returned merchandise.

Items must not be damaged or removed from their original packaging (the latter must not show any opening or attempt to open).
